Acer Problem... UPDATED

Ever since I got this Acer last year, I kept getting these red screen errors after a certain period of time without any early warnings. Could this be a defective video card issue or is it just something else?

EDIT: I took it in to the repair shop and I got myself a brand new Nvidia graphics card. It's working so far, but I'll let you know if anything comes up.
