*sigh* The following below is merely a rant, but let's just get this important news straight:

For those who haven't heard about my frustrating situation lately, my 2008 Dell Inspiron decided to hang on the 'Starting Windows' screen just a few nights ago. When this occurred, I had to contact tech support regarding the problem. However, similar to my monitor issue, where it turns on reddish before going back to normal, they gave me a solution to my Windows 7 problem...that was completely irrelevant to the REAL issue. They told me to run diagnostics before sent me a copy of the recovery disc.

My mom and I kept trying to explain it's still not working, but they stuck to their guns, giving me the run-around where they were missing the whole entire point. While I have been screwed by two tech support scams before, this is exactly where the cake is nothing but a lie. And I don't want to turn into an 'old meme' topic about Portal. This is about Dell's tacky service. That, ultimately was the last straw.

I mean, forgive me for the vulgar language, but for shitfuck's sake, they were supposed to help me out like a computer tech expert, not some noob-driven rookie! It made me wonder why these people were hired in the first place. Because of this, I went full P.O. over them for a few days, because I never felt so personally cheated, betrayed, and stupid for believing them in the first place. Such. Fucking. Goons.

While I threw my Dell computer and its monitor into the trash in sheer frustration and embarrassment, this is exactly the reason why I am getting a different computer brand, thanks to my mother. It'll arrive here in a few days or so. For this one, it's a monthly payment for her. Not to worry folks, I'll be able to help her out in tough money situations.

Finally, to wrap this rant/news up, and I'll say it again, I am officially throwing the gauntlet towards the Dell company, since I am finally through with their constant dumbass meddling. And thank god my warranty ran out. Dell is nothing but hell and purely dead to me. :rage:

UPDATE:
Just got my new PC through UPS today. =D I'm installing a big selection of files at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear. That is what my Dell Optiplex went through last October. It was hanging on the Windows loading screen for hours.
